Dieting after Christmas

 

 

Well, Christmas has come and gone – and now is the time to do something about those extra kilos that we have put on over this period!

I am sure most of you are like me – ate far toooo much!!!  We are faced with such nice goodies all the time – cakes, chocolates and even our cold meats (for us in the Southern Hemisphere), salads and deserts!  Especially the deserts!

 

Now the New Year is here and it is time to do something about it.  Not easy, I know!  Now is the time to go to the Internet Library – www.internet-library.info - and find some help in the form of dieting tips and delicious diet recipes!
